It's hard to believe it’s already been a year since co-CEOs Tony Sansone and Matt Friscia stepped into leadership at SB Enterprises–carrying forward the legacy built by founder Susan Baloun, and continuing the mission to support educators through thoughtful, functional, and beautiful environments.
As we celebrate this one-year milestone, we’re taking a moment to reflect on everything we accomplished–and what’s ahead.
When Susan Baloun built SB Enterprises more than 20 years ago, she saw an opportunity: To bring personalized service and expert product knowledge to an industry where one-size-fits-all solutions just didn’t work. She understood that every early learning center is unique–and she built a business around listening first, and recommending second.
That value system hasn’t changed. In fact, it’s the very reason Tony and Matt were drawn to SB Enterprises in the first place.
Over the past year, we have kept our winning team in place, brought on new designers with fresh ideas, modernized operations to enhance our ability to serve ,while still honoring what’s always made SB special.
Here’s what happened since the transition:
And most importantly–we’ve kept the heart of the business exactly where it belongs: On helping early childhood educators and business leaders create spaces that support growth, learning and community.
This year was about listening, learning, and building the right foundation for the future. Now, we’re focused on:
We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey so far–from longtime clients and partners to our dedicated team behind the scenes. We’re growing because of you.
We may have new faces at the helm, but the mission remains the same: Helping educators and organizations create environments that make a lasting impact.
Thanks for being part of our story. We invite you to be a part of our future and can’t wait to keep growing with you!
